摘　　要：辨证论治、理法方药是中医药整个系统的基石,本质上是在探寻疾病的发生发展、诊断、治疗、中药药效、人体本身及对疾病和药物反应的内在规律。以往由于科技水平的限制,形成的内在规律只能以较为抽象的描述呈现出来。近年来,转录组学技术发展迅猛,能够全面系统地从RNA水平了解细胞、组织或器官的基因表达模式,并解释其生理属性,深入认识其生长、发育、分化、衰老和疾病发生的机制,契合中医药的整体观,能更客观、精准的表述中医药的内在规律。文章主要就转录组测序技术在中医方药对疾病相关基因表达的影响、中医证候、中药有效成分的生物合成机制及中医针灸作用机制应用研究方面作一综述。Treatment based on syndrome differentiation, pathogenesis, therapeutic principles and prescription of the theory are the cornerstone of the whole system of traditional Chinese Medicine. In essence, it is also exploring the inherent law of the occurrence and development of disease, diagnosis, treatment, efficacy of Chinese Medicine, human body itself and disease and drug reaction. In the past, due to the restriction of the level of science and technology, the inherent law can only be expressed in a more abstract description. In recent years, transcriptional technology has developed rapidly and can get the gene expression patterns of cells, tissues and organs at the RNA level comprehensively and systematically. It explains its physiological properties, and deeply understands its mechanism of growth, development, differentiation, aging and disease. It agrees with the holistic view of Traditional Chinese Medicine and can objectively and accurately express the inherent law of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper mainly reviews the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the expression of disease related genes, the TCM Syndromes, the biosynthetic mechanism of effective components and the mechanism of acupuncture in TCM by transcriptome technology.
