摘  要:节能降耗和提升产品质量是平板玻璃生产企业面临的两大重点工艺技术改善项目。降低渗锡量既能降低企业对贵重金属锡的消耗,并且能够规避浮法原片进行深加工时存在的质量弱项(比如热弯起雾、虹彩现象等),得到产品质量提升和产品成本降低的双重效益,值得浮法玻璃从业人员全力研究其机理,在生产实践中发现并采取有效应对措施。Energy saving,cost reduction and product quality improvement are two key technological improvement projects faced by flat glass manufacturers.Reducing tin penetration can not only cut down the consumption of precious metal tin for enterprises,but also avoid the quality defect(such as hot bending&fogging,rainbow effects,etc.)existing in deep processing of float glass raw sheet,so as to obtain the dual benefits of products quality improvement and cost reduction.It is worth the float glass practitioners to fully study its mechanism,find and take effective measures in production practice.
