摘 要:为了定量的研究无粘结预应力梁钢绞线锈蚀对无粘结预应力梁极限抗弯承载力的影响,对无应力钢绞线和无粘结预应力梁钢绞线开展锈蚀率分别为4.36%、8.72%和13.08%的电化学快速锈蚀试验。试验研究发现:钢绞线锈蚀后,无粘结预应力梁的有效预应力发生损失、钢绞线弹性模量降低、钢绞线质量损失、钢绞线截面面积减小,同时无粘结预应力梁截面有效高度和预应力构件抗弯极限受压区高度发生变化。论文进一步研究了无粘结预应力混凝土梁在钢绞线锈蚀条件下极限荷载的变化规律,同时建立了以锈蚀率为自变量的开裂荷载计算公式和极限荷载计算公式。In order to quantitatively study the effect of steel strand corrosion on the ultimate flexural capacity of unbonded prestressed beams,electrochemical rapid corrosion tests with corrosion rates of 4.36%,8.72%and 13.08%were carried out on unstressed steel strand and unbonded prestressed beam steel strand,respectively.It is found that after the steel strand is rusted,the effective prestress of the unbonded prestressed beam is lost,the elastic modulus of the steel strand is reduced,the mass loss of the steel strand and the section area of the steel strand are reduced.At the same time,the effective height of the section of the unbonded prestressed beam and the height of the bending limit compression zone of the prestressed member are changed.The variation law of the ultimate load of the unbonded prestressed concrete beam under the condition of steel strand corrosion is further studied.At the same time,the cracking load calculation formula and limit load calculation formula with corrosion rate as independent variable are established.
