摘  要:以9E燃气轮机为研究对象,在深入了解DLN1.0燃烧室结构特征及掌握DLN1.0控制策略的前提下,推测9E燃气轮机的燃料控制算法是以ANSI/ISA-75.01.01中可压缩流体湍流计算方程为理论基础而设计的。为了验证推测的正确性,以可压缩流体湍流计算方程为基础设计了燃料控制算法,并结合现场数据进行对比分析。研究表明,新算法和原先算法计算结果完全吻合,从而证实了推测的正确性,并在国产化燃气轮机控制系统中采用该算法。燃料控制算法的解析对于燃烧调整以及燃气轮机控制系统国产化具有较为重要的实际参考价值及指导意义。The paper took 9E gas turbine as the research object,under the premise of understanding the structural characteristics of the DLN1.0 combustor and mastering the DLN1.0 control strategy,it was speculated that the fuel control algorithm of the 9E gas turbine was based on the compressible fluid turbulence calculation equation in ANSI/ISA-75.01.01.In order to verify the correctness of the speculation,this paper designed a fuel control algorithm based on the theoretical basis,and compared and analyzed it with field data.The research shows that the calculation results of the new algorithm and the original algorithm are completely consistent,thus confirming the correctness of the speculation.This algorithm is used in the domestically produced gas turbine control system.The analysis of the fuel control algorithm has important practical reference value and guiding significance for the combustion adjustment and the localization of the gas turbine control system.
