摘  要:职称制度是我国公立医院评价和激励卫生技术人才的基本制度,对于公立医院提高人才队伍整体素质、增强人才活力具有重要意义。目前,我国公立医院卫生技术职称评聘制度存在一定的缺陷,导向和激励作用不足。文章通过文献研究法和访谈法,梳理我国公立医院卫生技术职称评聘制度的运行现状,剖析制度缺陷,对造成制度缺陷的原因进行辩证分析,提出了通过联动机制实现公立医院职称闭环管理的对策,以期为完善公立医院卫生技术职称制度提供参考。The professional title system is the basic system for evaluating and motivating health technical personnel in public hospitals in China,which is of great significance to improve the overall quality and vitality of the personnel in public hospitals.However,there are some defects in the evaluation and employment system of health technical titles in public hospitals in China,leading to the lack of guidance and incentive.Through literature research and interview method,sorting out the current situation of Chinese public hospitals’technical title evaluation system,analyzing the dialectical analysis of the causes of defects,it proposes linkage mechanism to implement public hospital title closed-loop management countermeasures,to provide reference for improving the system of public hospitals and technical health titles.
