医疗机构诊疗科目功能辨析与思考

摘　　要：诊疗科目的设置会对医院的发展产生不同程度的影响。通过研究我国医疗机构诊疗科目设置现状及存在的问题,剖析诊疗科目具有的功能,即明确服务范围、初步准入性质、引导学科发展、提升诊疗能力,不完全等同于当前的行政许可,与执业范围非一一对应,提出下一步修订我国医疗机构诊疗科目的相关建议。The setting of diagnosis subjects affected the development of hospitals to a certain extent.By studying the current status and existing problems of the setting of medical institutions,the functions of the medical institutions are analyzed.Clarifying the scope of services,the nature of preliminary access,guiding the development of disciplines,and improving the ability of diagnosis and treatment are not completely equivalent to the current administrative license,also not correspond to the scope of practice.Relevant suggestions for the next revision of medical institutions in China are proposed.
