整合医疗视域下恶性肿瘤患者连续性护理体系建设研究

摘　　要：在社会角色转变与身心俱损的高压下,恶性肿瘤患者生存意义日渐浅淡,生存质量骤降,生存现状不容乐观。通过介绍恶性肿瘤患者护理情况,分析恶性肿瘤患者连续性护理体系的理论支撑和重要组成要素,建立中国特色的整合型恶性肿瘤患者连续性护理体系。提出了整合医疗视域下恶性肿瘤患者连续性护理体系建设策略,包括填补政策覆盖盲区、拟合区域内优质卫生资源、培养并激励恶性肿瘤护理专业人员下沉基层提倡早期姑息护理,拓展死亡相关教育等。Under the high pressure of social role change and physical and mental damage,the survival significance of patients with malignant tumor is gradually weakened,the quality of life plummets,and the survival situation is not optimistic.By introducing the malignant tumor patient care situation,it analyzes the theory of continuity of care system malignant tumor patients and important component,in order to establish integrated in patients with malignant tumor of continuity care system with Chinese characteristics,it puts forward the integration of medical horizon,malignant tumor patients with continuity of care system construction strategies.The strategies include filling the blind area of policy coverage,fitting the high-quality health resources in the region,training and encouraging malignant tumor nursing professionals to promote early palliative care at the grassroots level,and expanding education related to death.
