摘　　要：随着公立医院党的建设工作不断深入,如何将党的全面领导融入临床科室中心工作,是医院党委面临的重要课题。文章通过对公立医院临床科室管理现状及存在问题的分析,结合哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院在临床学科、科室两个层面推行核心小组议事制度的管理实践提出建议,为探索公立医院党建工作与业务工作深度融合,实现临床科室民主管理、科学决策提供参考。With the deepening of party building in the public hospital,how integrating the Party’s overall leadership with the central task of clinical departments is an important task for the Party Committee of hospitals.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the management of clinical departments in public hospitals,it puts forward suggestions based on the management practice of the first affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University in implementing the core group discussion system at the clinical discipline and department levels,improving the clinical departments’democratic consciousness and providing references to the abilities to make scientific decisions.
