摘　　要：文章主要概述了外向型汉语学习词典的编写与出版历史,概括了各阶段的主要特点,着重分析了近二十年外向型汉语学习词典出版数量增长而鲜有用户的尴尬局面及宏观原因;从检索、拼音标注及释义三个角度,在微观层面重点分析了现有外向型汉语学习词典对用户来说“不能用”“不好用”的根本原因;提出在国际化视野和时代发展背景下编写新形态外向型汉语学习词典的构想及需要重视的问题。This paper provides an overview of the compiling and publishing history of the Chinese dictionaries for the second language learners,and summarizes the main features of each stage.In the past nearly 20 years,there was an embarrassing situation:the number of the Chinese dictionaries for the second language learners has increased but there were few users.This paper analyzes the reasons for this phenome-non from a macro point,and the fundamental reason why these dictionaries“can not be used”or“were not convenient to use”for the users from retrieval,pinyin marking and definitions.This paper puts forward the conception of compiling a new type of Chinese dictionary for the second language learners under the background of internationalization and the development of the times.
