摘  要:为满足业务发展需要,国家气象中心组织开展了新一代中长期天气预报业务系统的研发。新系统平台采用浏览器/服务器的系统架构,通过引入分布式存储与分布式计算等大数据核心技术,实现了海量实时数据与历史背景数据的高效融合,具备了现代气象大数据综合应用的基本功能,解决了中长期天气预报对实时数据与历史数据融合应用的关键技术难题,显著提升了系统对多类型、高维度、具有复杂关联性的气象数据的处理能力和访问效率。该系统平台集成了中央气象台现有中长期预报技术和产品,实现了中长期关键预报信息自动有效提取。目前系统已在国家级预报业务部门部署应用,并被省级气象业务部门广泛使用,展现出良好的通用性和稳定性,可满足现代气象业务发展对中长期天气预报业务平台的客观化、智能化需求。In order to meet the needs of meteorological development,a new generation of mediumlong range weather forecasting operational systems has been developed by the National Meteorological Center in recent years.The new operation system uses browser/server architecture and introduces big data core technologies such as distributed storage and distributed computing.This operation system has the basic functions of comprehensive application of modern meteorological big data.It is capable of solving the key technical problems of medium-long range weather forecasting for real-time data and historical data fusion,and significantly improving the processing capability and access efficiency of the system for multitype,high-dimensional,and complex-related meteorological data.The integrated processing of data collection,transmission,storage,processing,display,and call is well achieved in the system.Some important features such as operational stability,ease of operation,interactivity,and scalability are reflected in the system.The system includes the existing medium-long range forecasting technologies and objective products developed by the National Meteorological Center in the past few years.Some key technologies of the medium-long range weather forecast,such as effective extraction of low predictability information,discrimination of atmospheric circulation evolution are first integrated.At present,this system has been deployed and applied in the national forecasting operation department and widely used by the provincial meteorological department.It has shown good versatility and stability,meeting the objective and intelligent needs of the development of modern meteorological services for medium-long range weather forecasting platforms.
