摘 要:相控阵超声检测技术(PAUT)已被广泛运用到动车组车轮自动探伤中,但大功率机车车轮仍普遍采用传统探伤技术(UT),以大角度多次波不动车扫查等方式进行手工探伤。现行工艺未考虑到自动化相控阵超声探伤的技术特点,不利于先进技术的实践及推广。通过CIVA声场仿真,采用基尔霍夫近似模型(Kirchhoff)及变量分离法(SOV)分析并验证了相控阵超声在扫查覆盖性及能量聚焦方面的优势,并结合自动探伤手段,提出了机车轮辋探伤工艺的优化思路。Phased array ultrasonic testing(PAUT) technique has been widely used in automatic detection of EMU’s wheels, while locomotive wheels are still inspected using traditional manual UT technique, for example, transmitting large angle beam with multiple refection for inspection without train moving.Also, the advantages of PAUT have not been considered, which limits the promotion of advanced technology.Through CIVA simulation, with Kirchhoff approximation model and variable separation method(SOV),the paper analyzed and verified the advantages of PAUT in scanning coverage and energy focusing.Combined with the automatic inspection method, some optimization suggestions for locomotive rim inspection have been put forward.
