摘 要:探讨了竹纤维针刺非织造布的防紫外线性能。以竹、黏胶、聚酯(PET)及棉纤维为原料,制备针刺非织造布试样,研究纤维类型、染色和色度(%)对试样紫外线防护效果的影响。这些非织造布试样在针刺非织造布机上以60∶40的原料混合比制备,试样面密度为100 g/m^(2)。坯布经非织造布成型加工后,采用标准工艺参数进行染色处理。结果表明,竹/PET非织造布的防紫外线效果优于竹/棉和竹/黏胶非织造布。经染色处理后,非织造布试样的防紫外线性能有所提升。相比染色色度为3%的竹/棉(60∶40)非织造布,染色色度为6%的非织造布的紫外线防护系数提高了63.84%。The ultraviolet(UV)protection characteristics of bamboo needlepunch nonwovens is discussed.In order to investigate the effect of fiber type,dyeing and shade(%)on UV protection,the needlepunch nonwovens were produced from bamboo,viscose,polyester(PET)and cotton fibers.These nonwovens samples were produced on a needlepunched nonwovens machine with 60∶40 blend ratio and 100 g/m 2.After nonwovens forming process,these gray fabric samples underwent dyeing treatment with standard processing parameters.It is observed that the UV protection of bamboo/PET nonwovens is higher than bamboo/cotton and bamboo/viscose nonwovens.The UV protection of nonwovens increases after the dyeing process.It is also noticed that the bamboo/cotton(60∶40)nonwovens dyed with 6%shade have 63.84%higher UV protection than nonwovens dyed with 3% shade.
