摘　　要：由于缺乏便携式模拟舵机执行机构,严重影响了自动操舵装置在内场修理调试以及现场调试的进度。为解决该难题,设计一种自动舵便携式调试适配装置。该装置由工业控制计算机、以32位微处理器为核心的控制主板,电源系统、通信电路、步进电机及其驱动电路、反馈电位器、模数转换电路、舵机信号模拟板,专用接口等硬件电路、安装支架,以及系统软件构成。该调试适配装置体积小、重量轻、接口适应性强、方便携带,在无液压系统的前提下,帮助工程师方便地调试控制器参数,大大缩短调试时间,提升保障效率。Due to the lack of portable analog actuators in the infield debugging repair or field debugging for automatic steering gear,the repairs are seriously behind schedule.Aiming at solving the above problem,a kind of portable debug adaptor for autopilot is designed.The debug adaptor includes system platform using industrial computer,control board use 32-bit arm microprocessor as the core,power board,communication circuit,stepper motor and its driving circuit,feedback potentiometer,axial-angular ana⁃log-to-digital converter,interface circuit,steering gear simulate signal board,mounting bracket and the system software.The instru⁃ment has the features such as small size and light weight,strong interface adaptability and carry easily.The instrument will help en⁃gineer shorter the debug time and adjusting parameters of the autopilot controller easily when there is lacking hydraulic actuator.
