摘  要:200m高扬程垂直升船机是现有升船机行程的一倍以上,运行过程中船厢四吊点间水平偏差将显著变大,影响升船机正常的运行,所以进行动态调平是必不可少的。首先从单组的钢丝绳-均衡油缸的简化数学模型出发,分析其动态特性,再分析多组钢丝绳-均衡油缸;接着分析船厢的动态调平稳定性,研究船厢与水体的耦合性问题,采用等效模型法将其等效为简单的单摆模型,计算单摆的相关参数。最后研究液压调平的控制策略,分析静态和动态的调平方法,提出采用动态三点调平的方式,采用二分逼近法来实现系统稳定调平的问题。The 200m high-lift vertical shiplift is more than double the stroke of the existing hoisting shiplift,the horizontal de⁃viation between the four hanging points of the chamber of the shiplift will be greatly increased,which will affect the normal opera⁃tion,so it is necessary to add the dynamic leveling.In this paper,a simplified mathematical model of a single set of wire rope-bal⁃anced cylinder is used to analyze its dynamic characteristics,and then several sets of wire rope-balanced cylinder are analyzed.Then,the dynamic leveling stability of the ship chamber is analyzed,and the coupling between the ship chamber and the water body is studied,the equivalent model method is used to calculate the related parameters of the simple pendulum.Finally,the con⁃trol strategy of hydraulic leveling is studied,the static and dynamic leveling methods are analyzed,and the dynamic three-point lev⁃eling method and the half-approximation method are proposed to realize the problem of system stable leveling.
