摘 要:鉴于声发射传感器输出信号一般为毫伏级,对其进行放大的时候很有可能会把一些噪声信号进行放大,以及声发射传感器应用环境的恶劣性,将会直接导致后面处理的信号信噪比降低[1];在此,为了提高声发射传感器传输质量,对声发射前置放大电路进行优化,将传统的单端输入转换为双端输入,对共模信号进行抑制,提高信噪比,对各部分电路一一进行分析验证;此外,对声发射传感器输出声信号进行小波阈值去噪,论文选用了是全局阈值去噪和分层阈值去噪,进行择优选取,使得数据进一步提高,满足预定要求。Since the output signal of the acoustic emission sensor is generally in the millivolt level,it is likely that some noise signals will be amplified when it is amplified,and the harsh application environment of the acoustic emission sensor will directly lead to the reduction of the signal-to-noise ratio of the subsequent processing.In order to improve the transmission quality of the acoustic emission sensor,the acoustic emission preamplifier circuit is optimized,the traditional single-ended input is converted to double-ended input,the common mode signal is suppressed,and the signal-to-noise ratio is improved.The circuits are analyzed and verified one by one.In addition,wavelet threshold denoising is performed on the output acoustic signal of the acoustic emission sensor.In this paper,global threshold denoising and hierarchical threshold denoising are selected,and the preferred ones are select⁃ed to further improve the data and meet the predetermined requirements.
