摘 要:底水油藏水平井往往在生产初期即快速见水,且油井在低含水和特高含水阶段,地下油水两相渗流的相对渗透率比值与含水饱和度指数关系表现为明显的上翘和下翘的非线性关系。以上因素导致现有底水油藏水平井产能公式预测的产能与油井实际产能存在较大差异。本文从相对渗透率与含水饱和度关系的微观渗流机理出发,通过流体在液滴流、弹状流、环状流三种流态下的相对渗透率与含水饱和度的表征关系,推导了底水油藏油水两相水平井产能公式。通过实例验证,油井产水对水平井产能影响不容忽视,本文公式计算的底水油藏水平井产能和水平井实际产量较为接近,平均误差仅为5.3%,公式满足水平井见水后各个含水阶段的产能预测,可为底水油藏水平井的合理配产及动态分析提供指导。Horizontal well in bottom-water reservoirs tends to break through quickly in the early stage of production,and the curve of relative permeability ratio and water saturation index in the process of oil-water two-phase flow shows nonlinear upturn and downturn in the low water cut and ultra-high water cut stages.The above factors lead to a big difference between the productivity predicted by the existing horizontal well productivity formulas and the actual productivity of horizontal well in bottom water reservoir.Based on the microscopic seepage mechanism of the relationship between relative permeability and water saturation,a new horizontal well productivity formula of two-phase flow in bottom water reservoir is deduced through the characterization relationship between relative permeability and water saturation in droplet flow,slug flow,and annular flow.Through example verification,the influence of oil well water production on horizontal well productivity cannot be ignored.The horizontal well productivity calculated by the formula in this paper is close to the actual horizontal well production,and the average error is only 5.3%.The formula can be used to predict the productivity of horizontal well at various water-cut stages after water breakthrough,and can provide guidance for rational production allocation and dynamic analysis of horizontal well in bottom water reservoir.
