摘  要:扦插等无性繁殖技术可以快速提供大量优质材料,加快我国火炬松无性系造林进程。对江西省6个火炬松优良家系营建采穗圃,从扦插基质、扦插方式、穗条木质化程度、不同家系等方面开展扦插繁殖试验。结果表明,椰糠+珍珠岩(4∶1)基质的火炬松扦插成活率最高,采用扦插后用NAA处理液喷洒的生根效果好,使用半木质化穗条成活率高。在6个火炬松家系中,武林16和湖南39家系扦插成活率较高。不同家系之间扦插成活率差异显著,其中武林16和湖南39家系扦插成活率高,根长和根数量较好,且须根较多,说明是易于扦插家系。Vegetative propagation techniques,such as cuttings,can quickly provide a large amount of high-quality material to speed up the clonal planting process of Pinus taeda in China.In Jiangxi Province,six superior families of P.taeda were constructed as scion plucking nursery,and comparative trials of cutting survival rate were carried out in terms of substrate,cuttings,woodiness of the spike,and different families.Using semi-lignified cutting wood of P.taeda insert in coconut husk+perlite(4∶1)substrate,and followed by spraying with NAA treatments had the highest survival rate,among the six P.taeda superior families,Wulin 16 and Hunan 39 families had a high survival rate of cutting propagation.There was a significant difference in the survival of cuttings between the different P.taeda families,with Wulin 16 and Hunan 39 families having high survival rates,good root length and number of roots,and more fibrous roots,indicating that they were easy families to cutting propagation.
