摘  要:为降低育苗成本,提高中山杉扦插成活率,文章开展了大田扦插与容器扦插试验研究,分析不同扦插季节、不同生根剂、不同扦插基质对扦插成活率的影响。结果表明,扦插时间在6月和9月均可,但以6月为宜;大田扦插采用黄心土+珍珠岩作基质,扦插成活率达60%以上;容器扦插以轻基质+泥炭土+珍珠岩为最佳,扦插成活率达90%以上。因此,大田育苗仅适合小规模育苗户就地育苗,不能满足生产中大规模育苗需求。In order to reduce the cost of seedling cultivation and improve the survival rate of Taxodium′Zhongshansha′cutting,experiments in field cutting and container cutting were carried out to analyze the effects of different cutting seasons,different rooting agents and different cutting substrates on the survival rate of cutting.The results showed that the cutting time was available in June and September,but June was the best;In the field,the cutting survival rate reached more than 60%using yellow soil+perlite as the matrix.Light matrix+peat soil+perlite was the best for container cutting,and the cutting survival rate was more than 90%.Therefore,the field nursery is only suitable for small-scale nursery,and can not meet the needs of large-scale nursery in production.
