摘  要:文章以物联网和低功耗无线通信技术为核心,设计了实时心电(ECG)监护系统。该系统可实现心电信号的采集、滤波、分析、预诊断和传输,具有较低的功耗和较小的体积。系统内嵌到可穿戴设备中,实时全天候采集心电信号,并通过蓝牙传输至监护手机平台。手机作为处理和通信平台,对心电图进行显示和分析,诊断ECG的QRS波形,实现心电信号的实时监护。如发现心电异常,产生报警信号提示病人用药。实验表明,该系统佩戴方便,监护灵敏,诊断及时,运行稳定,可提高心脏疾病患者生活质量,有效解决具有心脏疾病隐患人群的长期监测问题。The real-time electrocardio monitoring system is designed based on the Internet of Things and low-power wireless communication technology.The acquisition,filter,analysis,prognosis and transfer of electrocardiogram(ECG)can be realized by this system.The system has low-power dissipation and smaller volume.The system realizes real-time collection for the electrocardio signal throughout the day with a wearable device.The signal is then transferred to the monitoring phone.As a preprocess and communication platform,the phone can display and analyze the electrocardiogram.The QRS wave of ECG is preliminary diagnosed.Thus the real-time monitoring is realized.If the abnormal ECG is detected,the alarm and cue will be given to the patient to take medicine.The experiment shows that the system has the characteristics of convenient wear,sensitive monitor,timely diagnosis and high stability.The system will improve the living quality of heart disease patients.The long term monitoring of patients with heart disease risk can be effectively solved by this system.
