摘  要:国内尼龙6的下游产品主要是纤维、薄膜和工程塑料。其中薄膜主要用作包装材料。随着国内食品、物流以及新能源等工业领域对高阻隔性包装薄膜需求的持续高涨,可多层共挤尼龙膜生产规模不断扩大。当前我国尼龙树脂产能有400万t之多,但能用于薄膜领域的仍占极少数,因此国内市场对替代进口高粘尼龙需求迫切。不仅如此,高粘尼龙相比常规尼龙切片具有更高附加值,也符合公司走差异化尼龙的战略定位,因此产出性能优良的包装膜用尼龙专用料迫在眉睫。共挤薄膜尼龙专用料以本公司生产的3.8~4.0的超高粘尼龙切片为基体,重点解决连续生产不能破膜的问题,同时材料外观、拉断力及氧气透过率达到客户要求。The downstream products of nylon 6 in China are mainly fiber,film and engineering plastics.The film is mainly used as packaging materials.With the increasing demand for high barrier packaging film in domestic food,logistics and new energy industries,the production scale of multi-layer co extruded nylon film is expanding.At present,the production capacity of nylon resin in China is as much as 4 million tons,but few can be used in the field of film.Moreover,compared with conventional nylon chips,high viscosity nylon has higher added value,which is also in line with the company’s strategic positioning of differentiated nylon.Therefore,it is urgent to produce nylon special materials with excellent performance for packaging film.Co extrusion film nylon special material is based on3.8~4.0 super high viscosity nylon chips produced by our company.It focuses on solving the problem that continuous production can not break the film.At the same time,the appearance,breaking force and oxygen permeability of the material meet the requirements of customers.
