摘　　要：成果导向以学生为中心,以能力为评价结果,有效对接岗位需求,是高职教学改革的有力手段。文章通过对软件测试岗位典型工作任务及职业能力分析、教材内容及学习任务设计、教材数字化资源与更新策略设计等方面进行分析,探索了将成果导向的反向设计思想应用于活页式教材开发过程的策略。The outcome-based education of the article,which is student-centered and taking ability as the evaluation result,meets job requirements effectively,and it would be a powerful means of higher vocational teaching reform.This paper analyzes the application of the outcome-based education reverse design idea to the development of loose-leaf textbooks from the aspects of the analysis of typical work tasks and professional abilities of software testing posts,the design of textbook content and learning tasks,the design of textbook digital resources and renewal strategies.
