内生资本、保障政策对退役运动员就业能力的影响

摘　　要：增强就业能力是实现退役运动员更高质量和更充分就业、促进其社会融入的根本途径。基于微观调查数据,利用二元Logit概率模型等方法,实证分析了人力资本、社会资本、心理资本和就业保障对退役运动员就业能力的影响。研究发现,职业技能和运动等级等人力资本、父母职业和亲友动员等内生社会资本、心理资本和职业转型保障制度对提升退役运动员就业能力具有显著的正向影响。基于研究结果,提出了提高运动员文化教育质量,促进运动员社会关系网络的构建,加强运动员积极心理状态的塑造,完善运动员再就业保障制度,提升退役运动员就业能力。Employability is the key factor of retired athletes’ career transformation and improvement of employment quality.Based on the micro-survey data of retired athletes,This paperanalyzesfactors influencing retired athletes’ employabilityfrom the dimensions of human capital,social capital,psychological capital and security systemby adopting the Logistic model.The results shows that human capital such as vocational skills and sports level,social capital such as parent’s occupation and mobilization ability of relatives and friends,psychological capital such as self-efficacy,optimism,perseverance,and career transformation training guarantee system have a significant positive impact on improving the employability of retired athletes;Based on the research results,policy recommendations are put forward to effectively improve the quality of athletes’ education,promote the construction of athletes’ social network,strengthen the construction of athletes’ psychological capital,improve the employment security system for retired athletes,and improve the employability of retired athletes.
