我国“一带一路”应急管理人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：针对全球化背景下,我国对于国际化安全应急管理人才需求增多,高校人才培养模式尚不成熟,高校培养的应急管理人才无法达到国际水平,无法满足社会对于国际化应急管理人才需求的问题。通过分析目前高校培养国际化应急管理专业的现状,并对比国际市场对国际化应急管理人才能力的实际需求,结合“一带一路”倡议,对如何构建培养符合国际市场需求的国际化应急管理人才模式进行了探究。通过提出加强师资建设、提高学生外语沟通能力、打造特色学科、拓宽国际视野等方式,推出“四推·一”新时期国际化人才培养模式,以期优化高校国际化应急管理人才培养模式,满足社会对于国际化应急管理人才的需求。In the context of globalization, China’s demand for internationalized emergency management personnel for safety and emergency management has been growing in number, and the talent training modes in colleges and universities are not mature. The emergency management personnel trained by colleges and universities cannot reach the international level or meet the social demand for internationalized emergency management. This paper analyzes the current status of international emergency management majors in colleges and universities,compares the actual demand for international emergency management talents in the international market, and combines the development strategy for the new era of “Belt and Road” by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The international emergency management talent mode is explored. This paper proposes ways to strengthen students’ foreign language communication skills, expand international horizons, strengthen teachers construction, and create characteristic disciplines, and promote the “four pushes and one” new era of international talent training mode, so as to optimize the training mode of international emergency management talents in colleges and universities, and meet the social demand for international emergency management talents.
