摘 要:为了提高丁腈橡胶摩擦磨损性能,采用以浓硫酸为主配制的不同浓度的硫酸溶液对丁腈橡胶表面进行磺化改性,研究不同硫酸浓度、不同浸泡时间对丁腈橡胶表面物理性能和摩擦学性能的影响,并分析其改性机理.实验结果显示改性样品的FT-IR红外光谱图呈现出胺基、羧酸羟基、酰胺的特征,这些基团随着浸泡时间的延长和硫酸浓度的增加逐渐增多,从而使橡胶的硬度逐渐增大,力学性能和摩擦学性能得到提高.丁腈橡胶表面处理效果和处理液的氧化能力有关,磺化改性在达到一定程度之前,减摩效果随着氧化程度的加深逐渐变好;超过这个度,丁腈橡胶表面出现裂纹,减摩效果急剧变坏.In order to improve the friction and wear properties of nitrile rubber, the surface of nitrile rubber was sulfonated with different concentrations of sulfuric acid solution mainly prepared with concentrated sulfuric acid.The effects of different sulfuric acid concentration and soaking time on the surface physical and tribological properties of nitrile rubber were studied, and the modification mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results show that the FT-IR spectra of the modified samples show the characteristics of amine group, carboxylic acid hydroxyl group and amide.These groups gradually increase with the extension of soaking time and the increase of sulfuric acid concentration, so as to gradually increase the hardness of rubber and improve the mechanical and tribological properties.The surface treatment effect of NBR was related to the oxidation ability of the treatment solution.Before sulfonation modification reached a certain degree, the antifriction effect gradually improved with the deepening of oxidation degree.Beyond this degree, cracks appear on the surface of nitrile rubber, and the antifriction effect deteriorates sharply.
