摘  要:为探究机械镀锌工艺中锆铝复合珠作为新型冲击介质对工件表面镀锌层成型质量的影响,制备了相关的试件镀锌层,采用扫描电镜、划格法、显微镜、维氏硬度仪和电化学分析仪对镀层进行相关的测试与分析.结果表明:与玻璃珠为冲击介质相比,锆铝复合珠作为新型冲击介质制备的镀层表面缺陷减少且光滑平整,表面致密区增大,平均硬度值提高了13.2 HV;划线交叉点处未出现镀层脱落,镀层结合强度提升了1个等级,腐蚀电流密度降低了1个数量级,耐腐蚀性提升.In the mechanical galvanizing process, in order to explore the influence of zirconium-aluminum composite beads as a new impact medium on the forming quality of zinc coating on the workpiece surface, the relevant test piece zinc coating was prepared.Scanning electron microscope, cross-hatch method, microscope, Vickers hardness tester and electrochemical workstation were used to test and analyze the coating.The results show that compared with glass beads as the impact medium, the surface defects of the coating prepared by zirconium-aluminum composite beads as the impact medium are reduced and smooth, the surface dense area is enlarged, the average hardness value has increased by 13.2 HV,there is no coating falling off at the intersection of the scribe line, the bonding strength of the coating is increased by one level, the corrosion current density is reduced by one order of magnitude, and the corrosion resistance is improved.
