摘 要:颈椎人工椎间盘置换术用于治疗脊髓型和神经根型颈椎病已被广泛认可和接受,该技术推出的30余年来伴随着两代人工颈椎间盘假体的发展。而诞生于21世纪的第2代粘弹性人工颈椎间盘假体目前仍在持续开发中,每款假体独特的设计带来的临床效果也各不相同。文章着眼于粘弹性人工颈椎间盘假体的各式设计,讨论主要优缺点并评估其应用发展潜力,以期为现有假体的优化提供参考见解,并对新一代人工颈椎间盘假体的发展有所启发。With the development of total disc replacement over the past 30 years,artificial cervical disc arthroplasty(ACDA)for myelopathy and/or radiculopathy has been widely accepted and applied.To date,there have been two generations of artificial discs and the second one is the viscoelastic disc implants,which were born in the 21st century and are still under continuous creation.The unique design of each ACDA device brings different effects in clinical application.Focusing on this,we will discuss design related characteristics and assess the development potential of all kinds of viscoelastic ACDA devices in this review,aiming to be available for the optimization of current designs and the innovation of the next generation.
