摘　　要：本研究探讨过氧化还原蛋白6(peroxiredoxin-6,Prdx6)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)中的表达及与病情的相关性。选取2017年1—7月复旦大学附属浦东医院呼吸科住院COPD患者及健康体检者血清,分别抽取外周静脉血10 mL,检测外周血Prdx6的表达及其与COPD病情的相关性。结果显示,COPD患者血清Prdx6表达水平较健康人群明显增高(P<0.05)。COPD急性加重期血清Prdx6表达水平较稳定期明显增高,且表达水平与疾病严重程度相关,极重度患者明显高于重度患者(P<0.05)。Prdx6在COPD中表达增高,且与疾病严重程度相关。The study aimed to investigate the expression of peroxiredoxin-6(Prdx6)in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its correlation with COPD.Serum samples from patients with COPD and healthy controls in the Department of Pulmonary,Pudong Hospital,Fudan University from Jan 2017 to Jul 2017 were selected,and 10 mL peripheral venous blood were extracted respectively to detect the content of Prdx6 in peripheral blood.The results showed the serum Prdx6 protein levels in patients with COPD were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.05).The expression level of serum Prdx6 in acute exacerbation of COPD was significantly higher than that in stable phase,and was correlated with the severity of COPD.The expression level of serum Prdx6 in extremely severe patients were significantly higher than that in severe patients(P<0.05).Prdx6 expression increased in COPD and correlated with its severity.
