内蒙古地区装配式地下管廊工程费用分析

摘  要:装配式地下管廊的经济性一直是影响其推广的关键问题。为研究内蒙古地区装配式地下管廊的经济性,分析了在8种不同装配率条件下装配式管廊的土建工程费用,并与现浇管廊进行人工、材料、施工机具使用等比较,得出装配式管廊随着装配率的提升总人工工日消耗量的变化情况;得出装配式管廊叠合楼/墙板的价格和现浇整体式管廊工程费用相等时的价格平衡点;最终得到装配式管廊与现浇管廊相比,在模板使用量、脚手架使用量、环保节能等方面优势明显,具有良好的经济和环保效益的结论。The economy of prefabricated underground utility tunnel has always been the key problem affecting its popularization.In order to study the economy of prefabricated underground utility tunnel in Inner Mongolia,analyzes the civil engineering cost of prefabricated underground utility tunnel under 8 different prefabrication ratio,compares the labor,materials and construction machines and tools consumed by prefabricated underground utility tunnel and cast-in-situ underground utility tunnel,and obtains the change of total labor days consumption of prefabricated underground utility tunnel with the increase of prefabrication ratio.Results show that the price balance point when the price of the composite floor/wall of the prefabricated underground utility tunnel is equals to the engineering cost of the cast-in-situ underground utility tunnel.Finally,compared with the cast-in-situ underground utility tunnel,prefabricated underground utility tunnel has obvious advantages in the use of formwork,scaffold,environmental protection and energy saving,and has good economic and environmental benefits.
