摘　　要：从韧性视角阐述老旧小区改造质量,分析“质量-韧性”维度下“高质量高韧性”的改造目标,围绕经济、社会、环境韧性要求,运用C-OWA算子法和模糊评价法构建韧性视角下老旧小区质量评价体系。以X市某老旧小区为样本进行实证研究,研究表明,韧性视角下该老旧小区改造质量评定为良好,经济、社会韧性稍显不足。This paper expounds the transformation quality of the old community from the new perspective of resilience,analyzes the transformation goal of high quality and high toughness under the dimension of quality toughness.Focusing on the requirements of economic,social and environmental toughness,constructs the quality evaluation system of the old community from the perspective of resilience by using C-OWA operator method and fuzzy evaluation method.Then,carries out an empirical study in an old community in X city.The results show that from the perspective of resilience,the reconstruction quality of the old community is evaluated as good,and the economic and social resilience is slightly insufficient.
