摘 要:为解决城市排水管渠改造项目中检测评估效率低、原始资料缺失、质量控制不到位等难题,通过文献研究与实地调查总结出传统管理模式的不足,分析逆向BIM技术应用的优势,并搭建基于逆向BIM技术的应用框架。最后以长沙某渠道为案例,阐述该技术在检测评估阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段的应用过程及效果,为今后的类似工程提供参考。In order to solve the problems of low detection and evaluation efficiency,lack of original data,and inadequate quality control in urban drainage pipe and canal reconstruction projects,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of traditional management models through literature research and field investigation,analyzes the advantages of reverse BIM technology application,and analyzes the advantages of reverse BIM technology,builds the application framework based on reverse BIM technology.Finally,uses a channel in Changsha as a case to illustrate the application process and effects of the technology in the detection and evaluation phase,design phase,construction phase,and operation and maintenance phase,so as to provide references for similar projects in the future.
