内科住院医师规范化培训结业技能考核前培训的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内科住院医师规范化培训结业技能考核考前培训的实施效果。方法选择我院内科基地2021年7月参加住培结业技能考试的50名学员作为研究对象。模拟考试后,根据各站点考核内容和模拟考试情况,设置了系列考前技能培训课程,分析考前培训前后学员技能考核成绩的变化及问卷调查结果。结果培训后学员参加结业技能考核各站点成绩及技能考核总成绩均显著高于培训前模拟考试成绩。结业技能考试内科学员通过率到100%。问卷调查显示94%的学员认为考前培训有助于他们通过结业技能考试,90%的学员认为模拟考试有助于他们有针对性进行考前准备。结论结业技能考核考前培训有助于提高住培学员技能考核成绩,是提高住培培训质量的重要措施。Objective To explore the effect of pre-final skills examination training on standardized training of internal medicine resident doctors.Methods 50 students from the internal medicine base of our hospital who participated in the final skills examination in July 2021 were included as the research objects.After the mock exam,a series of pre-final skills examination training courses were set up according to the examination content of each site and the situation of the mock exams,and the changes in the skill examination results of the resident doctors before and after the pre-examination training and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed.Results After the training,the resident doctors'scores at each site and the total scores of the final skills examination were significantly higher than the results of the mock exam before the training.The pass rate of the final skill examination is 100%.The questionnaire survey showed that 94%of the trainees thought that the pre-final skills examination training would help them pass the final skill examination,and 90%of the trainees thought that the mock exam would help them to prepare for the exam in a targeted manner.Conclusion Pre-final skills examination training helps to improve the skills examination results of the internal medicine resident doctors,and is an important measure to improve the quality of standardized training for residents.
