摘　　要：《麻醉生理学》是当前各大医学院校普遍开设的一门重要基础课程,作为高原地区的医学院校,在讲授这门课时,一定要结合当地的实际情况,即除讲解基本生理知识之外,还必须融入一定的低氧生理知识。低压低氧环境会使进入高原地区的人群的基本生理特征发生一定的变化,这些变化会影响麻醉效果,甚至会给手术麻醉带来极高的危险性。无论是医学院校的教师或者是临床麻醉医生都需要重视高原环境对机体带来的可能的影响,特别是《麻醉生理学》任课教师,自身必须要有深厚的低氧生理学知识,在讲授《麻醉生理学》中必须要重视高原地区低氧生理学对麻醉效果影响的重要性,强调理论与实践的结合。随着国家群众健康的推广,三江源人居健康的发展也被提到了建设的日程上,因此,提高基层医院医务工作人员的理论和实践能力势在必行。但由于高原地区地域辽阔,路途遥远,常有大雪封山和泥石流自然灾害,导致交通不便,加之基层医院工作任务重,无法脱产进行培训和成人再教育学习,而为了能够解决这种矛盾,加强与临床麻醉医生的合作或培训,开展对边远地区基层医生的线上教学和培训工作显得尤为重要。Anesthesia Physiology is an important basic course in medical colleges and universities.In plateau area,teaching this course must be combined with characteristics of high altitude hypoxia,that is to integrate the related knowledge of hypoxia physiology.Hypobaric hypoxia will change the basic physiological characteristics of the people who ascent to the plateau area.These changes will affect the effect of anesthesia,and even bring high risk to surgical anesthesia.Both teachers in medical colleges and clinical anesthesiologists need to pay attention to the possible impact of plateau environment on the body,especially in the process of teaching Anesthesia Physiology knowledge,teachers must have a deep knowledge of hypoxic physiology.In the teaching of Anesthesia Physiology,they must emphasizing combination of theory and practice.With the promotion of National People's health,the development of“Three River Resource”region human settlement health has also been mentioned on the agenda of construction.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the theoretical and practical ability of medical staff in primary hospitals.Due to the vast area and long distance of the plateau area,there are often snow capped mountains and debris flow natural disasters,which lead to inconvenient transportation.In addition,the heavy work task makes it impossible for primary hospitals to carry out off-duty training and adult re-education to staff,which leads to the conflict between training and work.In order to solve this contradiction,we should strengthen the cooperation or training with clinical anesthesiologists.This is particularly important to carry out online teaching and training for doctors in remote areas.
