Chemerin is a natural ligand for an orphan G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)-Chemerin receptors, which was identified as an adipokine in 2007.Chemerin plays an important role in inflammatory, glycolipid metabolism, and angiogenesis. As we all known,Exercise is an effective way to prevent and control obesity. In recent years,a number of studies have shown that the levels of Chemerin in the serums were significantly increased in the over wight and obesity, and the degree of increase is related to the degree of obesity, therefore C h e m e r i n may become one of the standards for measuring the severity of obesity.Exercise decreases Chemerin in the serum of overweight and obesity,so it is speculated whether chemerin can be used as one of the standards for measuring the exercise effect of the overweight and obesity, and whether people can prevent early obesity by measuring chemerin.Aerobics and High-intensity Intermittent-training decreases Chemerin in the serum of overweight and obesity, but there is no research to prove which exercise mode is more effective, which provides direction for the next step of research.
