基于现代大学书院的新工科人才培养体系构建及路径探索

摘　　要：在新兴产业不断升级的背景下,新工科人才培养依然面临着诸多困境。作为一种具有中国特色的人才培养模式,现代大学书院的理念、内容、方法满足新工科人才培养的内在逻辑,可以成为新工科人才培养的有效形态。基于这一设想,研究从多维一体的资源共享体系、多学科融合的课程内容体系、素养优先的人才评价体系、产教融合的教育实践体系、师生互评的质量保障体系等方面构建基于现代大学书院的新工科人才培养体系,提出以满足行业发展和社会需求为导向完善培养方案、建立与新工科人才培养目标一致的管理保障机制、依托现代大学书院的生态优势丰富人才培养活动等新工科人才培养路径。In the context of the continuous upgrading of emerging industries,the new engineering talent cultivation still faces many difficulties.As a talent cultivating mode with Chinese characteristics,the concept,content and methods of modern university college meet the internal logic of new engineering talent cultivation,and can become an effective form of new engineering talent cultivation.Based on this concept and design,the paper constructs a new engineering talent cultivating system on the basis of modern university college from the following aspects:multi-dimensional resource sharing system,multi-disciplinary course content system,talent evaluation system with priority to competences,education practice system with industry-education integration,and quality assurance system with mutual evaluation between teachers and students.The paper also puts forward cultivating paths of new engineering talents,such as perfecting cultivating programs to meet the development of the industry and the needs of society,establishing a management guarantee mechanism suited to the target of new engineering talent cultivation,and enriching cultivating activities based on the ecological advantages of modern university college.
