摘　　要：本文构建了一个两区域、两要素和两部门的NEG理论模型,解释工业生产效率的区域差异及其变化通过产业转移影响产业结构空间布局的过程和效果。基于全国233个地级市2009—2018年的数据,应用空间杜宾模型和门槛效应模型进行实证研究。结果表明,一个地区工业生产效率的提升会显著提高(降低)本地(外地)的第二产业比重,并显著降低(提高)本地(外地)的第三产业比重;第二产业比重和第三产业比重受到工业生产效率影响的总效果由强至弱分别是中部、西部和东部地区;一个地区的工业技术水平和经济发展水平超过特定门槛后,将会强化生产效率对产业吸引力的影响。各地要进一步优化产业结构,同时因地制宜调整产业结构,在制定产业发展政策时应充分考虑自身的优劣势。This paper constructs a NEG theoretical model to explain the process and effect of regional differences in industrial production efficiency and its changes on the spatial distribution of industrial structure through industrial transfer.Then,an empirical study was carried out using SDM and panel threshold model based on 2009-2018 data of 233 cities in China.The results show that,the improvement of industrial production efficiency in a region will significantly increase( decrease) the proportion of local( foreign) secondary industry,and significantly reduce( increase) the proportion of local( foreign) tertiary industry.The proportion of secondary industry and tertiary industry are affected in central,western,and eastern regions from strong to weak.When the level of industrial technology and economic development in a region exceeds a certain threshold,it will strengthen the influence of production efficiency on industrial attraction.In view of this,all localities should further optimize the industrial structure and adjust the industrial structure according to local conditions.In formulating industrial development policies,local governments should fully consider their own advantages and disadvantages.
