摘　　要：目的吸毒成瘾对于世界人口中有着深远的社会、经济和健康的影响,而目前有限的疗效和药物不良反应导致迫切需要相关药物来治疗毒瘾。在这方面,中药是具有潜在的治疗药用价值。“中药组分”的提出在一定程度上把复杂性科学问题简单化,如中药多成分、多靶点等,对于中药组分药理作用研究等方向的深入提供参考和思路。因此,本综述将对中药不同组分在抗阿片类成瘾方面的进展进行研究,围绕生物碱组分、皂苷类组分、多糖类组分、黄酮类组分、挥发油类组分及其他活性成分在改善阿片类戒断症状和精神依赖方面进行综述。基于组分-病症相关的思想,检索近二十年的相关文献,分类总结不同组分在阿片类成瘾防治的成果,希望能为后续治疗阿片类药物成瘾等方向的深入研究提供重要的思路和策略。Drug addiction has a profound social,economic and health impact on the world’s population,the current limited curative effects and adverse drug reactions have led to an urgent need for related drugs to treat drug addiction.In this context,traditional Chinese medicine has potential therapeutic application value.The proposal of"Chinese medicine components"simplifies complex scientific issues to a certain extent,such as multiple components and multiple targets of Chinese medicine,and provides references and ideas for in-depth research on the pharmacological effects of Chinese medicine components.Therefore,this review will study the progress of different components of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-opioid addiction,focusing on alkaloid components,saponins components,polysaccharides components,flavonoids,essential oils and other components.The active ingredients are reviewed in improving opioid withdrawal symptoms and mental dependence.Based on the component-disease-related ideas,relevant literature were searched in the past two decades,classified and summarized the results of different components in the prevention and treatment of opioid addiction,hoping to provide important ideas and strategies for subsequent in-depth research in the treatment of opioid addiction.
