摘　　要：“专业思政”是以专业为载体,发掘专业特点和优势,通过专业核心价值体系引领,把思想政治工作贯通专业建设各要素全过程。文章以旅游管理“专业思政”为例,从《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》提出的五大重点出发,建设旅游管理本科“专业思政”元素共享资源库,促进旅游管理专业人才培养与思想政治教育同向同行、协同发展。"Professional ideology"takes majors as the carrier,which excavates professional characteristics and advantages,and realizes the integrated construction and development of professional education and ideological and political education through the integrated design of the whole process and total factor of education and teaching under the guidance of professional core value system.In this paper,"professional ideology"of tourism management is taken as an example,the paper starts from the five key points proposed in Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of College Curriculum,which builds a shared resource library of"professional ideology"elements of tourism management undergraduate,so as to promote the coordinated development of talent cultivation and ideological and political education of tourism management major.
