摘　　要：文章在明确编辑定位的基础上,从逆向思考编辑流程、长期积累人脉关系和持续提升编者素养三个方面,系统思考和梳理了地方高职学报编辑工作者的自我成长策略。On the basis of clear editorial orientation, the article systematically investigates and sorts out the self-growth strategies of editorial workers in local higher vocational journals from three aspects: reverse thinking about the editorial process, long-term accumulation of human relations and continuous improvement of editorial quality.
