摘 要:针对TA15钛合金在服役过程中由于显微组织缺陷问题而引起灾难性事故的现象,采用光学显微镜(OM)和超声波探伤设备对TA15钛合金锻件在不同热加工条件下的双态组织特征与超声波探伤杂波水平之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:TA15钛合金超声波探伤杂波水平受初生α_(p)相含量、形貌和片层α相片层厚度的双重影响,随着初生α_(p)相的增加及形貌均匀分布,超声波探伤杂波水平降低。TA15钛合金显微组织中出现粗大且排列整齐的片层α相,导致探伤杂波水平较高,而杂乱细小的片层α相导致探伤杂波水平降低。当TA15钛合金锻件的显微组织中出现条带状α相组织时,该部位超声波探伤杂波水平明显升高,热加工过程中应避免该组织形成。For the phenomenon of catastrophic accidents caused by microstructure defects for TA15 titanium alloy during service process,the relationship between duplex microstructure characteristics and ultrasonic flaw detection clutter level of TA15 titanium alloy forgings under different hot working conditions was investigated by optical microscope(OM)and ultrasonic flaw detection equipment.The results show that the ultrasonic flaw detection clutter level of TA15 titanium alloy is affected by the content and morphology of primary α_(p) phase and the thickness of lamellar α phase.With the increasing of primary α_(p) phase and uniform distribution of morphology,the ultrasonic flaw detection clutter level decreases.The appearance of coarse and orderly arranged lamellar α phase in the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy results in higher flaw detection clutter level,while the lower flaw detection clutter level caused by disordered and fine lamellar α phase.When the banded α_(p)hase structure appears in the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy forgings,the ultrasonic flaw detection clutter level of this part increases significantly.So the appearance of the structure should be avoided in the hot working process.
