摘　　要：建设老年人社会心理服务体系,是积极应对人口老龄化、有效实现健康晚年生活、激发释放长寿红利的题中应有之义。为落实决策部署、解决现实需求、提升治理水平,健全老年人社会心理服务体系重要且紧迫。尽管我国老年人社会心理服务体系建设取得一定进展,但仍存在重视程度不够、建设定位不清、学理支撑不强、专业人才不足、体制机制不顺等困难和问题。应积极推动老年人社会心理服务体系建设,明确责任主体和权责分工,健全多维多层运行机制,激发老年人内生动力,深化理论研究和成果运用,建设专业化人才队伍,发挥基层组织桥梁纽带功能等。Constructing the elderly’s public psychological services system(PPSS)is key to responding proactively to population aging,living healthy in later life,as well as releasing longevity dividends.To implement the decisions and arrangements,solve realistic demands,and improve governance,it is important and urgent to improve the elderly’s PPSS.Despite some progress in terms of PPSS,there are still quite a few difficulties and problems in the construction of PPSS for the elderly,such as insufficient attention,ambiguous positioning,inadequate academic theories,lack of professional talents,and unsmooth systems and mechanisms.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the construction of the elderly’s PPSS actively.To be specific,clarifying the responsibility subject and the division of power and responsibility,improving multidimensional and multi-layered operating mechanisms,inspiring the elderly’s inner motivation,deepening theoretical research and the subsequent application,building specialized personnel teams,and fulfilling the bridging role of primary-level organizations.
