摘　　要：国家铁路局发布《铁路自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统工程技术规程》TB10185-2021(以下简称“规程”),自2022年4月1日起实施。铁路自然灾害及异物侵限检测系统是铁路信息系统的重要组成部分,是列车运行安全的重要保障系统,可对铁路沿线风、雨、雪、地震及上跨铁路的道路桥梁的异物侵限等突发危害进行实时监测,能够为调度指挥及维护管理提供可靠的预警及报警信息,有效防止或减少灾害对铁路列车运行安全的影响。National Railway Administration,PRC has issued Technical Specification for Natural Disasters and Foreign Object Intrusion Monitoring System for Railways(TB 10185-2021)(hereinafter referred to as this Specification),which will come into effect on April 1,2022.The natural disasters and foreign object intrusion monitoring system is an important component of the railway information system and a crucial system to ensure the safety of train operation.This system may be used to monitor in real time the unexpected natural phenomena such as severe wind,rain,snow,earthquake along the railway and the intrusion of foreign objects from roads and bridges into the railway,and provide reliable early warning and alarm information for dispatching command and maintenance management,to effectively prevent or reduce the impact of disasters on the safety of train operation.
