摘 要:目的探讨对强直性脊柱炎伴有腰椎骨折患者采用经后路椎弓根钉棒系统进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的64例强直性脊柱炎伴有腰椎骨折患者进行治疗研究;随机分为常规组(采用传统椎弓根螺钉内固定术完成疾病治疗)和研究组(采用经后路椎弓根钉棒系统完成疾病治疗),各32例,比较治疗效果。结果治疗前,研究组Cobb’s角、椎管截面积、椎体后缘高度、椎体前缘高度同常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Cobb’s角(17.95±1.55)°、椎管截面积(48.46±9.19)%、椎体后缘高度(25.47±9.63)%、椎体前缘高度(42.17±10.49)%同常规组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.993、4.418、5.324、7.025,P<0.05)。结论经后路椎弓根钉棒系统有效应用后,可将患者Cobb’s角、椎管截面积、椎体后缘高度、椎体前缘高度有效改善。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the posterior pedicle screw rod system in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis complicated with lumbar fractures.Methods A total of 64 patients with ankylosing spondylitis and lumbar fractures who were admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were conveniently selected for treatment research.Randomly divided into routine group(using traditional pedicle screw fixation to complete disease treatment)and study group(using posterior pedicle screw rod system to complete disease treatment),32 cases in each group,and the treatment effects were compared.Results Before treatment,the Cobb's angle,the cross-sectional area of the spinal canal,the height of the posterior edge of the vertebral body,and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body in the study group were not significantly different from those in the conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the Cobb's angle(17.95±1.55)°,the cross-sectional area of the spinal canal(48.46±9.19)%,the height of the posterior edge of the vertebral body(25.47±9.63)%,and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body(42.17±10.49)%in the study group were compared with those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.993,4.418,5.324,7.025,P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of the posterior pedicle screw rod system,the Cobb's angle,the cross-sectional area of??the spinal canal,the height of the posterior edge of the vertebral body,and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body can be effectively improved.
