血液透析动静脉内瘘狭窄的介入围术期护理

摘　　要：目的分析将介入围术期护理应用于血液透析动静脉内瘘狭窄患者干预中的效果。方法方便选择2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的82例血液透析动静脉内瘘狭窄患者为研究对象,依据随机投掷骰子单双数字法将其分成常规组(41例)及研究组(41例)。予以常规组基础护理,予以研究组围术期护理。对比两组血管内径、透析血流量、生活质量评定量表(QOL)得分,并发症出现情况及护理满意度情况。结果护理后,常规组和研究组血管内径及透析血流量均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.611,P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,研究组与常规组分别为4.88%、19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05)。在护理总满意度方面,研究组与常规组分别为95.12%、78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05)。结论将介入围术期护理应用于血液透析动静脉内瘘狭窄患者干预中,能够增加血管内径以及透析血流量,减少并发症,提高护理总满意度以及生活质量,发挥一定干预效果。Objective To analyze the effect of interventional perioperative nursing in the intervention of patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula stenosis.Methods A total of 82 patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula stenosis who were treated in this hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were conveniently selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a routine group(41 cases)and a study group(41 cases)according to the random dice rolling method.The routine group was given basic nursing,and the study group was given perioperative nursing.The vascular diameter,dialysis blood flow,quality of life(QOL)score,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the inner diameter of blood vessels and dialysis blood flow in routine group and study group were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.611,P<0.05).In terms of the complication rate,the study group and the routine group were 4.88%and 19.51%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05).In terms of total nursing satisfaction,the study group and the routine group were 95.12%and 78.05%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventional perioperative nursing in the intervention of patients with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula stenosis can increase the vascular diameter and dialysis blood flow,reduce complications,improve the overall nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and play a certain intervention effect.
