摘  要:采用谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)与FeSO_(4)制备GLDA-Fe^(2+)配合物,作为类Fenton反应催化剂对减阻剂EM50溶液进行降黏处理,考察了EM50溶液降黏效果的影响因素。实验结果表明:在30℃、100 mL EM50溶液中加入0.5 mL H_(2)O_(2)溶液及n(GLDA)∶n(Fe^(2+))=1.0∶1、c(GLDA)=c(Fe^(2+))=0.10 mol/L的配合物溶液1.0 mL的条件下,反应30 min后黏度降低至0.85 mPa·s左右,降黏率达89.50%;溶液pH为6时降黏效果最佳,反应温度和溶液矿化度对溶液初始黏度有影响,但对反应最终黏度影响不大。Using tetrasodium glutamate diacetate(GLDA)and FeSO_(4),the GLDA-Fe^(2+) complex was prepared and used as catalyst for Fenton-like reaction to reduce the viscosity of drag reducer EM50 solution.The factors affecting the viscosity reduction of EM50 solution were investigated.The experimental results show that:The viscosity decreased to about 0.85 mPa·s after 30 min of reaction at 30℃with 0.5 mL of H_(2)O_(2) solution and 1.0 mL of complex solution with n(GLDA)∶n(Fe^(2+))=1.0∶1,c(GLDA)=c(Fe^(2+))=0.10 mol/L added to 100 mL of EM50 solution,and the viscosity reduction rate reaches 89.50%;When the solution pH is 6,the viscosity reduction effect is the best.The reaction temperature and the salinity of the solution have effects on the initial viscosity of the solution,but little effect on the final viscosity.
