摘 要:采用低溶解氧多功能生化系统对己内酰胺生产废水进行强化脱氮的中试研究。中试进水采用现有A/O工艺中均质池废水,主要指标为COD 800-1200 mg/L、NH_(3)-N质量浓度300-400 mg/L、TN 500 mg/L。经低溶解氧多功能生化系统处理后,平均出水COD为157.4 mg/L,NH_(3)-N质量浓度、NO_(3)^(-)-N质量浓度、TN分别控制在5,10,30 mg/L以下,实现同步脱氮和去除有机污染物。系统稳定运行后,平均TN去除率为89.9%,平均COD去除率达74.4%。低溶解氧多功能生化系统可有效提高污水处理负荷、缩短停留时间、减少碳源投加量,并且具有很高的抗冲击能力。A pilot study was conducted on enhanced denitrification of caprolactam production wastewater by using low-dissolved oxygen multifunctional biochemical system.The wastewater from the homogenization tank in the existing A/O process with COD of 800-1200 mg/L,NH_(3)-N mass concentration of 300-400 mg/L and TN of 500 mg/L was used as influent of the pilot test.After treated in the low-dissolved oxygen multifunctional biochemical system,the average COD of effluent was 157.44 mg/L,the mass concentration of NH_(3)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N,TN was below 5,10,30 mg/L,respectively,which achieved simultaneous denitrification and organic pollutants removal.With stable running of the system,the average removal rate of TN and COD was 89.9%and 74.4%,respectively.The low-dissolved oxygen multifunctional biochemical system can improve the sewage treatment load,shorten the residence time,and reduce the carbon source addition.Besides,the system also has strong shock resistance.
