摘 要:以水合氢氧化铜为沉淀剂,采用沉淀法去除钼镍非晶态合金催化剂碱洗废液中的钼酸根,并对所得黑色沉淀物及其焙烧产物进行了分析表征。结果表明,在铜与钼酸根的摩尔比为1.78、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2 h的优化条件下,钼酸根去除率达99.54%,脱除钼后母液中钼酸根质量浓度小于10 mg/L,可作为产品外销。所得黑色沉淀物为碱式钼酸铜,其结构为CuO·3CuMoO_(4)·5H_(2)O。将碱式钼酸铜在635℃焙烧2 h得到粉末产物为钼酸铜,可作为高附加值的催化剂开发使用。Molybdate was removed from alkaline washing waste liquid of Mo-Ni amorphous alloy catalyst by precipitation method with hydrated copper hydroxide as precipitant,and the obtained black precipitate and the calcined product were analyzed and characterized.Under the optimized conditions of molar ratio of copper to molybdate 1.78,reaction temperature 60℃and reaction time 2 h,the removal rate of molybdate is 99.54%,and the mother liquor after molybdenum removal with less than 10 mg/L of molybdate mass concentration can be exported as a product.The black precipitate obtained is basic copper molybdate,whose structure is CuO·3CuMoO_(4)·5H_(2)O.The powder product of basic copper molybdate calcined at 635℃ for 2 h is copper molybdate,which can be used as a catalyst with high added value.
