摘 要:采用部分热解法制备出锰掺杂氧基氯化铁催化剂(Mn-FeOCl),并用异相入侵法将其负载在聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)膜上,制备出Mn-FeOCl@PVDF复合膜。对复合膜进行了表征并探究了复合膜活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)降解偶氮染料酸性红B的性能。结果表明:Mn-FeOCl@PVDF复合膜活化PMS降解酸性红B具有良好的脱色效果和矿化作用;Mn-FeOCl@PVDF复合膜具有良好的亲水性,复合膜的Fe和Mn金属浸出量分别为0.015 mg/L和0.020 mg/L;复合膜重复使用5次后对酸性红B去除率仍超过90%,表现出良好的重复使用性能。Mn-FeOCl@PVDF活化PMS体系的降解反应机理是同时产生了·OH和SO_(4)^(·-),其中SO_(4)^(·-)占主导地位。In this study,Mn-doped iron oxychloride(Mn-FeOCl)catalyst was prepared by partial pyrolysis method and supported on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane by heterogeneous invasion method to prepare Mn-FeOCl@PVDF composite membrane.The composite membrane was characterized and its activation property to persulfate(PMS)for acid red B degradation was investigated.The results show that:Mn-FeOCl@PVDF can activate PMS to degrade acid red B with good decolorization and mineralization effect;It has good hydrophilicity,and the leaching amount of Fe and Mn is 0.015 mg/L and 0.020 mg/L,respectively;The removal rate of acid red B is still above 90%with the composite membrane used for 5 times,indicating good repeatability of the composite membrane.The possible reaction mechanism of Mn-FeOCl@PVDF+PMS system is that·OH and SO_(4)^(·-)are produced simultaneously,of which SO_(4)^(·-)is dominant.
