摘 要:以天然软锰矿为原料,经高温焙烧制得改性软锰矿催化剂,用于催化臭氧分解。采用XRD、BET、XPS和H_(2)-TPR对催化剂物相结构、孔结构、表面原子组成和还原性能进行了表征,考察了焙烧温度对改性软锰矿催化剂的臭氧分解催化活性的影响。实验结果表明:300℃焙烧制得的改性软锰矿催化剂具有较大的比表面积和较好的还原性,催化剂中含更多的Mn^(3+),有利于催化剂表面氧空位的形成,催化剂对臭氧分解的催化活性最高,在室温、进口臭氧质量浓度为85.6 mg/m^(3)、空速为600000 h^(-1)的条件下反应6 h后,臭氧分解率仍高达98%左右;进一步提高焙烧温度会改变软锰矿中锰的氧化态,导致催化剂催化臭氧分解的性能下降。A modified pyrolusite catalyst was prepared from natural pyrolusite by high temperature calcination for catalytic decomposition of ozone.The physical phase structure,pore structure,surface atomic composition and reduction properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,XPS and H_(2)-TPR,and the effect of calcination temperature on the catalytic activity of the modified pyrolusite for ozone decomposition was investigated.The experimental results show that:The modified pyrolusite catalyst roasted at 300℃has larger specific surface area and better reducibility,and contained more Mn^(3+),which are beneficial to the formation of oxygen vacancies on the catalyst surface,and the catalytic activity of the catalyst for ozone decomposition is the best;The ozone decomposition rate is still about 98%after 6 h of reaction at room temperature with inlet ozone mass concentration of 85.6 mg/m^(3) and air speed of 600000 h^(-1);Further increase in calcination temperature will change the oxidation state of manganese in pyrolusite,resulting in a decrease in the catalytic activity of the catalyst for ozone decomposition.
