摘 要:采用有机金属膜分离工艺处理含油污水,验证了有机金属超滤膜处理含油污水的可行性,确定了最佳工艺条件并优化了运行参数,开发了含油污水膜法油水分离工艺。实验结果表明,在通量为30-50 L/(m^(2)·h)的条件下,有机金属膜分离工艺能够长周期稳定运行。经处理后,含油污水中石油类污染物质量浓度从140 mg/L左右降至约10 mg/L,SS从300 mg/L左右降至约20 mg/L,去除率均达90%以上。The organometallic membrane separation process was adopted for the treatment of oily wastewater.The feasibility of treating oily wastewater with organometallic ultrafiltration membrane was verified,and the process parameters were optimized.An oil-water separation process with membrane was developed for oily wastewater treatment.The experimental results indicate that the organometallic membrane separation process can operate stably in long cycles with membrane flux of 30-50 L/(m^(2)·h).After treatment,the mass concentration of oil in the oily wastewater is decreased from about 140 mg/L to an average of 10 mg/L,and SS is decreased from about 300 mg/L to an average of 20 mg/L,with a removal rate of more than 90%.
