摘  要:针对煤气化污水,采用侧线试验,开展了A/O和SBR两种工艺脱氮处理效果的对比研究。试验结果表明:在A/O和SBR工艺中采用脱氮菌剂可提高硝化菌的属水平相对丰度,其中具有硝化功能的亚硝化单胞菌(Nitrosomonas sp.)和副球菌(Paracoccus sp.)属水平相对丰度的总和在A/O工艺和SBR工艺的硝化阶段分别达到1.59%和1.81%;SBR工艺控制碳氮比在6左右时亚硝化率低于40%,A/O工艺控制碳氮比在4左右时亚硝化率高于50%;稳定运行后,SBR工艺出水ρ(NH_(3)-N),TN,COD的平均值分别为4,20,50 mg/L,A/O工艺出水ρ(NH_(3)-N),TN,COD的平均值分别为8,32,59 mg/L。本试验条件下,SBR工艺能同时实现氨氮、总氮和COD的达标处理,与A/O工艺相比提前9 d实现总氮达标,系统运行更稳定。A comparative study of the effect of A/O and SBR processes for denitrification treatment of the coal gasification wastewater was carried out by a side line test.The test results show that the use of denitrifying bacteria in A/O and SBR processes can increase the relative abundance of nitrifying bacteria at the genus level.The total relative abundance at the genus level of Nitrosomonas sp.and Paracoccus sp.with nitration function reaches 1.59% and 1.81%respectively at the nitrification stage of A/O and SBR processes.In the SBR process,when the C/N ratio being controlled at about 6,the nitrosation rate is lower than 40%.In A/O process,when the C/N ratio is controlled at about 4,the nitrosation rate is higher than 50%.During stable operation,the averageρ(NH_(3)-N),TN and COD of the SBR effluent are 4,20,50 mg/L,respectively;while those of the A/O effluent are 8,32,59 mg/L,respectively.Under the test conditions,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and COD treated by SBR process can meet the state’s discharge standard simultaneously.Compared with A/O process,SBR process can achieve the total nitrogen compliance treatment 9 d earlier,and the system is more stable.
